Belmont Special Education Advisory Council Recognizes LABBB Staff at the 9th Annual BSEAC Awards Ceremony
On Wednesday evening, May 22, the Belmont Special Education Advisory Council held its 9th Annual Awards Ceremony. This is an inspiring event which recognizes special educators for their outstanding work. Parents nominate dedicated educators and write a short statement describing the reason they nominated this person. Each nominee is called up and the parents comments are read to the attendees of this event.
The BSEAC did a great job in organizing this event and it was a great feeling to be among so many passionate special educators. I want to thank Mary Jo Peterman, co-chair of the BSEAC, for including LABBB and saying many positive remarks about our programs.
We want to congratulate all the nominee’s on their hard work and dedication. We were especially proud of all the LABBB staff who were nominated, they all deserve this recognition. I also want to include the LABBB staff who were nominated by the BSEAC in the past, we are honored you represent LABBB!
